Post-Arrival Orientation 2010

Foster Lodge on Mt. Laguna

Preparations:
Liaisons should make plans for getting your student to the venue, arrival time will be set later but probably between 5:00 P.M. and 8:00 P.M. will be OK. Most likely volunteers will not plan on a shared meal for Friday evening, so you may want to plan for a meal stop on the way or bring something. Snacks and drinks will provided, as well as other meals for the weekend. Car pools are recommended.

Host parents may want to allow time for discussion with each other and with volunteers before pickup and departure. But in any case host parents should plan on making arrangements for their students transportation home.
